Calling all COPD patients!
An exciting project is happening in your neighborhood and we would love for you to be involved. Here at Church View Medical Centre, we are helping Breathe Better and MCRactive set up regular social, active and educational meet-ups for people living with COPD. We will start with a group consultation at North City Family & Fitness Centre on Monday 4th December at 1-2pm.
